Terms of Service - Hamilton Pallets

Agreement to Terms

By using this site, you agree to these terms.

Referral Service Only

Hamilton Pallets is a referral service. We don't sell, buy, repair, recycle or deliver pallets. We pass your request to partner suppliers in our network, and availability depends on those suppliers. Sending a request costs nothing and doesn't oblige you to buy or sell.

Partner Suppliers

Partner suppliers set their own prices, terms, delivery, warranties and returns. Any agreement you make is between you and that supplier.

No Warranty

This site and its content are provided as is, for general information. We give no warranty about the site, its content, or any supplier's products or services. Check that any pallet suits your use, and check current regulations for your shipment.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Hamilton Pallets isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or from dealings with a partner supplier.
